The planning studio
Everything coming together.
A connected wedding studio, with local planning by default and online services only when you choose.
Visual wedding floor plan
Arrange reception tables, ceremony rows, aisles and service areas on a measured grid. Assign numbered seats, then download an SVG sketch.
Explore this tool ↗Wedding stationery studio
Create seating signs, place cards, escort cards, table numbers, menus, welcome signs and a wedding program from your shared plan.
Explore this tool ↗Private household RSVPs
Create one private invitation link per household. Guests reply only for their invited group. Review and import responses into your plan.
Explore this tool ↗A shared wedding project
Upload an approved snapshot, use revision checks to protect edits, and create revocable read-only or co-planner links.
Explore this tool ↗Private guest photo albums
Collect a small album of guest photographs. Uploads are resized, private until approved, and removable by the host.
Explore this tool ↗Wedding planning notes
Keep decisions, ideas and questions alongside your budget, guests and tasks. Export your notes in the full plan backup.
Explore this tool ↗Start small. Keep the details connected.
Add wedding details, then your guests, budget and tasks. The layout and stationery studios use those same guests and tables, so you can update the plan in one place. No account is required for local tools.
Choose what goes online
Cloud projects send an approved plan snapshot to our Cloudflare-hosted service. Access is controlled by private keys, with no email recovery or identity verification. Household RSVP links show only the invited names in that group. Photo uploads stay pending until approved by the album host.
Free, with practical limits
Core tools are free. Photo albums are a small pilot: up to 30 resized JPEG photographs and 3 MB per album, with a service-wide storage cap. Keep originals separately. Shared projects and albums expire after 18 months. No invitations, reminders or emails are automatically sent.
