1. Add what you know

Set a date, budget and expected guest count in your wedding details. Every field is optional except a label. These values can be copied into calculators; individual scenarios never silently overwrite them.

2. Keep the money distinct

Add estimated, quoted and booked costs to your budget. Record payments separately and mark them paid only after you have actually paid. A deposit is part of the total, not a second expense. Compare your actual venue quotes, then explicitly add the chosen booked cost to the budget.

3. Organise the people and the day

Import or add guests, record replies manually and assign seats. Add suggested tasks, adjust dates and create a run sheet. Supplier exports omit activity notes marked private unless you explicitly choose the full version.

4. Keep your own backup

The plan is temporary in this tab unless you choose persistent device saving. Download a backup before clearing storage or changing devices. Backups include private data. There is no automatic recovery if you lose a private cloud key.

What is not connected

Private household RSVP links and shared cloud snapshots are optional in Sharing & online RSVPs. Updates are explicit, not real-time background sync. A visual floor-plan and stationery studio, notes and small moderated photo albums are also available. Email-based customer accounts, email reminders, AI services and live availability are not active. Guest Concierge publishes approved public information with a private edit key; quote observations use consent and operator review. These optional hosted services are separate from your local wedding plan. The existing wedding website builder previews and downloads a self-contained page. For an optional truly hosted page, use Guest Concierge, which has a separate explicit approval and private edit key. Document references help you locate files you store elsewhere; they do not upload documents.

Directory checks

The initial directory contains sourced official website facts. Prices, availability, capacity for a particular layout and credentials need direct confirmation. We do not create reviews or invent missing records.
